Ness Junk Removal provides junk removal, hauling, and related services for non-hazardous items in Santa Clara and surrounding areas, subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Estimates & pricing

Online and photo estimates are non-binding "starting at" figures. The final price is confirmed on site and must be approved by you before we load any items.

3. Requests vs. appointments

A submitted booking or estimate request is not a confirmed appointment until Ness Junk Removal confirms it directly with you.

4. Excluded items

We cannot accept hazardous or regulated materials. See the What We Take page. Acceptance of any item is at our discretion and subject to local regulations.

5. Liability

We take care with your property; specific liability terms will be finalized before launch and provided on request.
