Changing or cancelling
Because a booking is a request until confirmed, you can change or cancel by calling or emailing us before your scheduled window at no charge.
Same-day changes
For same-day or short-notice changes, please call us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
No-shows
Repeated no-shows may affect future scheduling. Any fees, if introduced, will be clearly disclosed and agreed before they apply.
Refunds
Since payment is collected after the final on-site quote is approved, cancellations before work begins carry no charge.
